These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and 999if ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our"), governing your access to and use of the 999if online gambling platform accessible at https://999if.cam and all associated services, mobile applications, and software (collectively, the "Platform"). 2.3 Account Restrictions

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active 999if account. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering accounts on behalf of others is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. Accounts registered by automated means, bots, or through fraudulent activity will be permanently banned without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party or allow others to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

999if operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements established by PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification documents are received and approved. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposit Processing

999if supports multiple payment methods for Philippine players, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet, and other e-wallet services. Deposits are typically credited to your 999if account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted without prior notice. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider or financial institution.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on the 999if Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate determined by the payment processor, and applicable conversion fees may apply. We are not responsible for currency fluctuations or conversion charges imposed by third-party payment providers or banks.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 999if account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from illegal activities, money laundering schemes, or terrorist financing operations. We reserve the right to investigate the source of any deposits and to request supporting documentation. Accounts suspected of involvement in illegal financial activity will be immediately frozen and reported to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard operating procedures, typically within ten (10) minutes during business hours, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. We reserve the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of Terms, or non-compliance with verification requirements. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary based on your account status, verification level, and payment method selected. VIP players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. We reserve the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time without prior notice. 5.3 Withdrawal Fees

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

7.3 Game Rules

In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, the decision of 999if management is final and binding.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Disputes and Complaints

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to management for further review. All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila.

12. Account Termination and Suspension

12.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your 999if account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Once an account is closed, you will no longer be able to access the Platform or claim any outstanding bonuses or promotions.

12.2 Termination by 999if

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering; provision of false information; abuse of bonuses or promotions; underage gambling; use of the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction; or any other conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, you forfeit any remaining bonus funds, pending bonuses, and loyalty points. Withdrawal of your real money balance will be processed in accordance with these Terms, subject to any applicable investigations or legal holds.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published on the 999if Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
